TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
● Delete app and reinstall it.
● Update the app to the latest version in the App store or Google Play store. The customer will be able to see the app version they are using in the Side Menu Section of the App.
● Disconnect VPN.
● Attempt to use the app on a different mobile device. // get screenshot from customer
IF CUSTOMER ALREADY TRIED ALL TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS:
● I’ll have our acc maintenance team look into the issue / INVESTIGATE THE ISSUE you are experiencing and will follow you up through email within 4 hours.
● ASK FOR A SCREENSHOT OF THE ERROR.
● DON’T SAY BUG OR GLITCH TO THE CUSTOMER
