2. Incomplete / disconnected call / Customer hang up
3. The customer explicitly stated they do not want to receive a survey.
4. Customer is threatening to report to BBB, attorney general, lawyer
5. Customer is threatening to file a lawsuit, complaint
6. ATO accounts, do not send survey.
