DIRECT DEPOSIT

NEW UPDATE and REMINDERS

• Both parent and the child are allowed for direct deposit. 

1. For parent it will go directly to the wallet. 

2. While for the kid it will go to the kids debit card.

• FOR NON WALLET CUSTOMERS THERE IS NO DIRECT DEPOSIT

WHERE TO LOCATE ACCOUNT AND ROUTING NUMBER FOR WALLET CUSTOMERS

If the customer calls in and requests for their direct deposit information, we must VERIFY THE IDENTITY FIRST in sales force. Once the customer is verified, follow the steps below:

1. In the "Details" tab, click on "Direct deposit"

2. It should show ABA Routing number and Direct Deposit account number to provide to the customer.
