IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
● Cannot link a debit card in the new platform.
● Create a back office ticket if they want to remove the bank link in their account. There will be a vouch link emailed to them for verification.
● Customers ARE REQUIRED to link a bank upon sign up or registration to proceed.
● Cannot be removed in Sales Force.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
● Can only link a regular savings or checking account.
● 60 DAY RULE The customer cannot add or update a new bank link until the 60 day period is over.
● Can only link 1 external bank in the account.
Can be updated in the mobile app.
● Linking of checking account must match the name in registered in the Stockpile account.
WITHDRAW FROM STOCKPILE TO EXTERNAL BANK
● Tap on the icon at the top right corner three lines
● Tap on Money Management
● Select Withdraw
● Enter an amount you would like to transfer
● Tap on Next
● Review your transfer and select Confirm ADVISE THAT IT WILL TAKE 3-5 BS DAYS
REMINDER: If customers withdraws money from their wallet to external bank, an OTP will be sent via text. f not completed, it will NOT go through.
ADD FUNDS FROM EXTERNAL BANK TO STOCKPILE
● Tap on the icon at the top right corner three lines
● Tap on Money Management
● Select Add Money
● Enter an amount you would like to transfer
● Tap on Next
● Review your transfer and select Confirm ADVISE THAT IT WILL TAKE 3-5 BS DAYS
Or Homepage of app, click on Add Money Beside Auto deposit
TO ADD NEW BANK LINK:
● Login to your Stockpile App
● Tap the icon at the top right corner of the screen. (Hamburger Icon)
● Tap on Money Management.
● Tap on the link Bank account.
● Tap on USE PLAID and then you will select AGREE.
●Search your bank from the list of major banks and tap on your bank.
● Follow the on-screen prompts to link your bank (You will need to know your online login credentials for this bank.)
● Choose the bank account you would like to link (only basic checking accounts should be linked as other account types can result into failed transfer)
TO REPLACE EXISTING BANK LINK VIA APP:
● Login to your Stockpile App
● Tap the icon at the top right corner of the screen. (Hamburger Icon)
● Tap on Money Management.
● Scroll down and click UPDATE BANK ACCOUNT LINK after clicking on the EXISTING bank and will be removed immediately.
REMOVE BANK LINK VIA CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO BE WALKED THROUGH IN THE APP OR NO ACCESS TO APP:
If a customer requests to have their bank link removed, please follow the steps below to assist them:
1. Run the customer through the 5-point verification.
2. Inform the customer an account maintenance representative will follow up with them through email to verify additional information.
3. Create a back office ticket through Intercom and use the macro “BEBank” in the notes section of the ticket. Assign the ticket to the bank link inbox in Intercom.
