1. Log in to VIRTUS Online.

2. Select San Antonio, TX (Archdiocese).

3. Select St. Mary Magdalen as your school/parish.

4. Create your account and complete the background check.

If you already have a VIRTUS account through another ministry or location and your status is compliant, you do not need to create a new account. Current compliant status is valid for 3 years.

After completing the required modules, volunteers should email their name and the email address used for VIRTUS registration to:

1. Schedule Your Appointment
   - Set up your IdentoGO appointment using:
   - Service Code: 11F272
   - Organization ID/Agency Number: 28822

2. Sign the Acknowledgement Form
   - Complete and sign the Volunteer Fingerprinting Acknowledgement Form.

3. Email the Form
   - Send it to volunteers@stmmsa.org and include the date and time of your fingerprinting appointment.

4. Get Fingerprinted
   - Attend your scheduled IdentoGO appointment.

5. Wait for Clearance
   - IdentoGO sends your results directly to the Archdiocese. Allow up to 72 hours for results to be received.

Fingerprinting expenses are not reimbursable.

Fingerprinting is required for volunteers whose role may involve contact with students. This may include:

• MAC Board

• CYO Board & Team Volunteers

• Class Parents

• Event Volunteers

• Field Trip Chaperones

• Campus Event Vendors

• School Sports Coaches & Team Parents

Some volunteer roles that do not involve interaction with or access to children may not require fingerprinting. Requirements depend on the volunteer role.

If you are unsure whether your volunteer role requires clearance, check with the person coordinating the activity before volunteering.
