Welcome to our Early Years Foundation Stage Unit, a dynamic and nurturing environment designed to foster curiosity, creativity, and growth in our youngest children. Here, young minds are encouraged to explore, imagine, and grow through engaging activities that stimulate creativity and critical thinking.
Our classroom is a safe and inclusive space where each child's unique interests and abilities are celebrated. With a focus on interactive play, hands-on experiences, and social-emotional development, we lay the foundation for a lifelong journey of discovery and learning. Our classroom is divided into several distinct areas, each tailored to support different aspects of early childhood development, including: block construction, role-play, water-play, an art area, a book corner, a play dough station and so much more!
Our Foundation Stage unit boasts a vast, inspiring outdoor space that encourages exploration and creativity. Children can play in the sand pit, make use of the large climbing frame and slide, explore the mud kitchen, create structures with our large construction materials and dig in the digging pit. The space also provides direct access to a woodland area, allowing children to explore and connect with nature. This outdoor environment is designed to support physical development, creative play, and hands-on learning, offering a range of opportunities for children to engage with their surroundings in a safe and stimulating setting.
