Mr J.Michael Preetham, Assistant Professor of English, was the Resource Person for a Refresher Session for the teaching Staff of St Francis Junior College for Women, Secunderabad on 3rd of March, 2023 .

The Topics covered during the session were:

1.Developing a Positive Attitude among students.

2. Helping slow learners to raise their self-esteem.

3.Making classes fun- a dying art.

4. Augmenting Critical Thinking Skills among students.

The session was attended by all the teaching staff of the college and the three-hour session was received well by the audience.

The Topics covered during the session were:

1. What are the prerequisites for effective team communication?

2. How do we build great teams?

3. Why and where do we need cross-cultural communication?

4. How do we develop cross-cultural communication?

The facilitator used audio-visual aids and engaged the audience in discussion. The session was well-received by the students.
