The Mojave Desert

Firstly, the children learnt about various biomes around the world before identifying features of a hot desert biome (the main focus of the topic). 

Next, they focussed on the Mojave Desert, writing a postcard to their families about the human and physical features. 

In the pictures below, the children were researching the location of the Mojave Desert and the human and physical features.
