The children have enjoyed finding every possibility using number cards and following a set criteria.
They did some fabulous paired work and had some great discussions and "light bulb" moments too!
We played a dice game and made two digit numbers to put into our inequalities model. It was fun trying to trap our partners and win the game!
Through this we were able to practise ordering numbers but also could practise being strategic too.
We've recently done a lot of work exploring shapes, looking at angles and making right angle checkers then using this as criteria for sorting our 2D and 3D shapes
