Flexible sports-related internship that can adapt to the students interests and career interest objectives. Primary areas of focus are:

- Sports performance training (coaching, program design, working with athletes)

The Oakland Athletics are currently seeking candidates for our Ticket Sales Internship program. This position will run from approximately February through May or April through September 2023 with the potential to extend longer. This internship offers an opportunity to become an active member of our team where you will experience various roles within ticket sales & retention. You will gain practical knowledge and individual development in ticket sales, customer service, premium seating, operations, and gameday programming.

This internship will prepare candidates for a career in sports ticketing, as this program has led to full-time opportunities with the A’s and other professional sports organizations. You will also have the opportunity to participate in networking events with an array of departments and leaders throughout the A’s organization.

The UC Berkeley WorkFit program manages the fitness and wellness activities for faculty and staff through the Department of Recreational Sports at UC Berkeley. This includes fitness classes and programming, health and wellness communication, and nutrition programming.
