Develop three learning objectives that match your internship experience using Bloom's Taxonomy of Learning.
By the end of this internship, I should be able to:
Step 1: Pick an action verb in alignment with the level of learning you're hoping to achieve (Note: only 1 learning objective can be in the "Knowledge", "Perception", or "Receiving" domains).
Step 2: What are you hoping to learn? What behavior is changing as a result of your internship?
Step 3: How will performance be evaluated? Who will evaluate your performance?
Tips:
Think of your learning objectives in terms of bullet points on your resume. At the end of this internship, what will you be able to tell future employers you achieved and how will you be able to demonstrate that achievement?
Each learning objective must start with an action verb (i.e., "develop", "learn", "describe")
Keep learning objectives brief and concise (1 sentence maximum).
