HOTEL INFORMATION

For AHEA 2025, you can use a centralized system to make reservations at the following three lodgings: MTA Székház, Zarándok Ház, Ciszterci Ház. The MTA Székház is also the conference location. Or, if you prefer, you can make your own reservation at any other hotel in the city. For your convenience, we list a few of them below. We do not endorse any of these lodgings, and please take transportation options into account when you make your reservation. Only fill out the form on the homepage if you are using our centralized reservation system.

CENTRALIZED RESERVATIONS:

Reservations for these three locations (MTA Székház, Zarándok Ház, Ciszterci Ház) can only be made through AHEA, on a first come first serve basis, before April 15. Full payment is due at the time of reservation and there are no refunds, unless we can find someone else to take your room. Rooms can only be booked for the entire duration of the conference, that is, for a minimum of 3 nights: June 19-21, 2025. Those who stay for the post-conference excursions on June 22-25 may be able to extend their stay, we will handle those reservations later.

Payment may be made by bank transfer, check or PayPal – we cannot accept cash or credit card payment on site. Complete this form for your reservation request. Your reservation begins when we receive payment and we confirm your reservation.
