The New England Colonies

We now move on to regional studies of the 13 Colonies. Students will first describe the geographic, ecomonic, and demographic characteristics of New England while analyzing several major historical events that took place in the region, including King Phillip's War and the Salem Witch Trials. Both events left a lasting impact in terms of relations with indigenous tribes and the legal system.
