Baseball Field Trip Info

We wanted to provide a few additional details and reminders about the schoolwide Baseball in Education field trip to Meritus Stadium on 5/15. Because this is a schoolwide field trip and tickets had to be pre-purchased, students who did not turn in a permission slip before the due date will need to stay home that day as no one will be at school to supervise. 

The arrival and dismissal times for school will be our times.  Grades K - 8 will leave the school around 10 am for the 11:00 game.  We will return to school between 1 and 1:30 pm.  

What to Bring

Students should bring a bag lunch, snacks, and a waterbottle. We are encouraging all items, including the bag if possible, to be disposable so that students are not having to keep track of items.  Students will be eating lunch in their stadium seat. We are asking students NOT to bring money as they will not be able to purchase items from concessions or the souvenir shops.

What to Wear

Students should wear their St. Mary School spirit wear shirts with uniform skirt, skort, shorts, or pants and sneakers.  Because there is rain in the forecast they want to wear a raincoat as well.  

Chaperones

If you have already volunteered to chaperone, please bring a backpack that day to help transport student lunches.
