DRESS CODE

Girls: Will wear a polo and sweatshirt provided from the uniform company. They will also wear khaki or black pants that the parents will purchase from the uniform company. Denim jeans and leggings are not permitted. Substitutions will not be allowed. Girls must wear solid white or black socks and tie shoes. No fashion boots, sandals, shoes with high heels, platform or cloth shoes. Non-uniform pants cannot be worn to school for any reason.


No make-up of any kind may be worn. This includes perfume, cologne, scented hair gel, nail polish or any other form of make-up. No tattoos of any type may be worn. 


Boys: Kindergarten through 8th graders- Will wear a polo and sweatshirt provided from the uniform company. They will also wear khaki or black pants that the parents will purchase from the uniform company. Denim jeans are not permitted. Boys must wear white or black socks and tie shoes. No substitutions will be allowed.


Boys who begin to wear facial hair must shave. No beard, mustache, tattoos of any kind. No hair dye, haircuts with designs, mohawks, high top fades, or dreadlocks. Hair must be kept short and neat.


JEWELRY

No jewelry may be worn in school except for the following: 


 

Winter boots may be worn in snowy weather to school, then students must change into school shoes. Gym shoes do not substitute for boots.

Students must come and leave in uniform. Please be advised the student will not be allowed to change clothing at school. The dress code will be enforced on the first day of school. It is the responsibility of the parents/guardian to keep the student’s clothes clean and pressed. Letters will be sent home to parents/guardians of students that come to school without proper care and hygiene.


The school does not prohibit hairstyles that are historically associated with race, ethnicity, or hair texture, including, but not limited to protective hairstyles such as braids, locks and twists.
