What's a Computer? 6th

My classroom and I made a board talking about what was a computer and what wasn't. The classroom was broken into four groups. I was paired with my classmates Chris, and Abigail. We were tasked with separating pictures into "computer" and "Non-computer" categories. We went off "if it worked with a computer it wasn't a computer, and if it could work on its own it was a computer." One of the hardest things we decided on was a human. I said it was a computer but my teammates told me it wasn't. Once we were done we watched a video about what was and wasn't a computer. It said "A computer takes in information, puts it in storage, and then calculates it. Finally the information is sent back out of the computer." After we rearranged our board to what we thought about what was a computer and what wasn't.

I liked making this board. Although Chris did most of the work at the start but Abigail and I got to change things after the video.
