Digital Compass, is a game that has 8 games about our daily life and you can also choose their steps to the end of the story. We, the 6th grade, did only three stories. The first story is "Citation Infestation". This story is about a kid named Jay that has an essay that was due soon, and has to go a party, a music mix up, and a band practice but he was pressured by his friend to eat a bug if he does not get an A . He must do his essay but might plagiarize if let him! Then there is "Hack-A-Wrong", which was about a kid who is always organized until he signs up for an invention competition. You get to decide if he will or not. The last one we did was "Digital Heartbreak". This story is about a girlfriend and boyfriend that only text and don't talk to each other in person. Her friend is trying to study with her but she is always distracted by their texts. She thinks her friend's boyfriend is a bad person. She has to decide to talk to him in person and tell him to stop saying bad things about her friend or to make him look bad online. Now you have to make the decisions. There are mini games to each story for each character in this big game of a whole world. When I played a story I would sometimes start with the positive or sometimes the negative decisions. It always depended on the choice it gave me. The story that stood out to me out of the ones we did is "Citation Infestation because it tells you about how grades come before games! One character that stood out to me was the main character in "Digital Heartbreak" because she tried to protect her friend. I would pass on " Citation Infestation" to my friend because she never does anything related to school. I would relate to the main character in "Digital Heartbreak" because she is always there for her friends. I enjoyed Digital Compass because it can teach you about what to do and not to do.
