Letter of the Week: Ii

Theme of the Week: Luck of the Irish! ☘️

Story of the Week: The Night Before St. Patrick's Day

What We're Learning: 

 This week is all about feeling lucky & getting ready for St. Patrick's Day! We will work on the letter Ii. We will complete different activities to practice writing letter Ii and identifying the sound letter I makes. We will make silly iguana hats & a creepy, crawly letter I insect.  

We are starting a new math unit on numbers 11-20. This week we will focus on #11 and complete that page in our numbers books. 

We will continue to learn about Lent & how we can prepare for Easter. 

We will work on March Journals this week and will complete them throughout the month. 

The Wall of Fame for the month will be: "I can clean up my mess & put my things away"

Report cards will be going home this week! Conferences will be held after school on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday this week. Please see sign up genius link to sign up. 

Students will come home with a shamrock to decorate. Please send this shamrock back by March 9th or your child's next attendance day.
