Theme of the Week: Zooming into Summer!

Story of the Week: Oh the Places You'll Go

What We're Learning: 

Hello Summer! This week we will focus on the letter Zz.  We will complete different activities to practice writing letter Zz and identifying the sound letter z makes. 

We are continuing our math unit on numbers 11-20. This week we will focus on #19 and complete that page in our numbers books. 

We will finish our May Journals (the last journal of the year!).

We will be focused on plants for the rest of the month. We will be learning how plants grow, what they need to grow, and their different parts. This week we are focusing on the different parts of a plant. We are going to taste test all the different plant parts. Can we eat a whole plant? We will be taking our grass seeds home!

We will learn all about Mary and how we can honor Her.  

We are working on our preschool memory book.

May 18--P, Popsicles day! We will enjoy a cool treat!

May 19-- Q, Quiet day! We will practice being quiet all day!

May 20--R, Rainbow day! Wear rainbow colors!

May 21--S, Spirit wear day! Wear St. Linus gear!

May 22--T, Teams day! Represent your favorite team!
