🐻 Letter Bb & Brown Bear, Brown Bear! 🌈

We are excited to begin learning all about the letter Bb! Our theme for the week will be “Brown Bear, Brown Bear,” based on the favorite story Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?

We will be having lots of bear-themed fun while practicing the letter Bb and learning all about colors! Here’s a peek at some of the fun we have planned:

• 🐻 Reading Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?
  🎭 Putting on our very own Brown Bear puppet show
  🌈 Sorting bears by color
  🔎 Going on a Bear Hunt!
  ✂️ Making some adorable bear crafts
  🎨 Painting bears at the easel
  🖍️ Playing and learning with colors throughout the week
  🔤 Practicing the letter Bb and its sound

• We will be reading and retelling Brown Bear, Brown Bear throughout the week, so by Friday, I have a feeling we will have a classroom full of little experts who know the story and all of their colors! 🐻❤️💛💚💙💜

📚Class Book "Amazing Preschoolers" 

Our class book will start making it home to each preschooler. Please return the book the next day, so everyone has a chance to bring it home. We can't wait to share it with you! 

📚 September Author of the Month: Mercer Mayer

Our September Author of the Month is Mercer Mayer! Throughout the month, we will enjoy reading some of his stories together. Remember, your child is welcome to bring in a Mercer Mayer book from home for me to read to the class!
