Biography

We will be looking into Milton Hershey and his accomplishments.  Students will be creating their own candy bar.   This ties in with our March is reading month food theme and our persuasive/opinion writing.

March 10th

Students will be working on some writing prompts to apply their writing skills to creative writing.

After that, we will be introducing the friendly letter and students will write a friendly letter using the correct format and punctuation.

We are working on captialization skills and writing sentences correctly.  Students will practice applying what they have been learning more formally to their writing.
