Dismissal Procedures

Please be sure to follow the end of day pick-up instructions (below) and diagram (above). There is also a helpful video with further description available online here.

Note: Beginning at 3:00 PM, cars will no longer be allowed to drive beyond the church entrance; if your student requires early dismissal, they must be picked up before 3:00 PM.

If you are not within the pick-up area when students exit, you will have to wait in line for the second round of dismissal.

Pick Up Procedures

From Montgomery Road, turn into the front area of the church and then right past the church to access the basketball parking lot and enter the next available row. There will be a total of up to 7 rows available, with staff and/or volunteers there to assist with lining up vehicles.

For the safety of all, once you are in line, please, stay in your vehicle and only exit once the whistle has sounded. If you do exit your vehicle, you must walk to the end of the basketball parking lot (near the playground) and then towards the school for the safety of all.

Once the dismissal whistle has been sounded, your child may meet you at your vehicle or you may exit your vehicle and walk to the exit area for your child based upon their grade level. After meeting up with your child(ren), please return to your vehicle and prepare to leave.

Note: Children in PreK 3 and PreK 4 must be signed out by an adult.

After all families are within their vehicles and doors are shut, the signal will be given for traffic to begin leaving the parking lot; cars will leave based upon row number.

Once all cars have exited, additional cars may then enter for the second round of dismissal.
