Arrival Procedures

Please be sure to follow the morning drop-off instructions (below) and diagram (above). There is also a helpful video with further description available online here. These instructions, as well as all posted signage, are for the protection of the children of our school, and the safety of parishioners attending early morning mass.

Morning drop-off begins at 8:10 AM, however it is recommended that you do not arrive until 8:15 AM to prevent back up's on Montgomery Road. Classes begin at 8:25 AM.

Normal Drop Off Procedures (Kindergarten - 8th Grade)

From Montgomery Road, turn into the main driveway, creating two lanes, and proceed to either of the two standard drop-off zones.

Follow the instructions of the safety patrol. Drive forward stopping either at the front of the row, or directly behind another vehicle. The safety patrol will open the car doors for your children and assist them with their backpacks. Once all doors are closed, the safety patrol will allow cars to leave.

Important: If the vehicle in front of you has not yet moved, do not attempt to pass them for the safety of all children and staff.

After leaving the normal drop-off zone, you may turn left to access Montgomery Road and exit to either the left or right.

Normal Drop Off Procedures (Pre-K 3)

From Montgomery Road, turn into the main driveway, creating two lanes, and proceed past the normal drop-off zones. Turn right into the basketball court parking lot and proceed to the side cafeteria doors where staff are available to assist with helping your child/children out of the car and into the classroom.

Once your child/children are safely behind the curb, proceed forward paying attention to cross traffic to access Montgomery Road and exit to either the left or right.

Normal Drop Off Procedures (Pre-K 4)

From Montgomery Road, turn into the main driveway, creating two lanes, and proceed past the normal drop-off zones. Turn right into the basketball court parking lot and proceed to the back corner where staff are available to assist with helping your child/children out of the car and into the classroom.

Once your child/children are safely behind the curb, proceed forward paying attention to cross traffic to access Montgomery Road and exit to either the left or right.

Early Arrival Procedures

If you are arriving with your child before the normal drop-off times, please begin to form the line for normal drop off lanes. When drop off begins, staff will allow cars to begin entering the drop off zone.

Late Arrival Procedures

If your child is arriving after normal drop-off times and the drop-off zone is blocked, please proceed forward to the teacher's parking lot and walk your child into school from the main entrance, signing them in. You can then return to your vehicle and turn right to exit the parking lot and out to Montgomery Road. Please do not park in front of the school as this is a fire lane.
