Home Folders

Students should use their Daily Communication Folders (grey) to bring home graded assignments, newsletters, permission slips, homework, etc. each night

Agendas

Students are expected to keep an agenda to track weekly assignments, homework, labs, projects, tests and quizzes.

Grades

Grades will be entered into FACTS as soon as possible, but could take *up to* 5 business days if it is a large test, lab or project. Once grades are entered, there will be no changes unless their is a mistake made on my end. All test and quiz grades are final. Do not expect extra credit. (see full grading policy on syllabus)

Homework

Homework will be given on an as needed basis to review the concepts discussed in class that day, to finish the work that was not completed during class, or to introduce a new topic. It is the students responsibility to use the tools acquired in class or online resources to complete their homework. 

Studying

Students are expected to study on their own for upcoming tests or quizzes using in class assignments, homework, labs, or projects. Students should utilize their flashcards as well.

Late Assignments

Late assignments will not be excepted after the next quiz or test. ex. if an assignment is due Wednesday and there is a test Friday, the assignment will not be accepted for any credit after the test is taken Friday.

Email me! I embrace open communication and try to be as flexible as possible. Please note that school hours are from 7:30am-3:15pm Monday-Friday so while you can email me outside of those hours, it is unlikely you will get a response outside of those hours. Please allow 24 hours at most for a response :)
