For this project, I used a total of seven solid, reliable sources. I also used two primary sources and one book source rather than using only secondary sources.
It is an eyewitness account on collectivization, the organization of all of a country's production and industry into government ownership and management through the eyes of a woman who lived through communism under Stalin and how she survived collectivization. Through this eyewitness account, we can see how communism affects innocent people.

It is an interview with Alexander Solzhenitsyn, the author of The Gulag Archipelago, where he tells us about his personal experiences in the gulag in the Soviet Union. He tells us about how he survived and what influenced his novel about these horrors that he personally experienced.
