2) You are going to be practicing linking different slides to one another, creating clickable buttons that will lead to the desired slide. This will be the beginning of a project where we'll create a Jeopardy-type trivia game, linking the question and answer slides to each other.

2) You are going to be reading an article about YouTube, its appropriateness for children and preteens, and what YouTube can do to keep kids safe. Please make sure you set the reading level for the article to either 840L (5th grade reading level) or 950L (6th grade reading level).

3) When you are done reading, take the 4 question quiz.

4) When you are done with the quiz, go back to Google Classroom. Open the attached Google Doc. Answer the questions on the Google Doc, identifying:

a) What the problem is

b) Why the problem matters

c) What possible solutions exist

Provide supporting quotes/facts/details as requested.

Class Notes, Monday, November 18th

1) I have put the video clips into one of your group members Google Drive folders. The video clips are in the following folders:

Abby

Davey

Fin

Logan

Aaron

Conor

Gianna

Gwen

Go through these video clips, make sure the video is how you want it to be, delete the clips that you do not want, and if you are keeping multiple video clips, label them "1", "2", and so on. You can rename clips by right-clicking on them, and selecting "rename"

2) After you are done, you are working on TypingClub. While you do this, I will join together your clips, into 1 video, and upload a copy into each of your Google Drive folders.

3) When I am done, we will work together to set up a "Classwork" page on your website, and we will then upload your videos to your website. You can then decorate your website as you would like.

3) Splitting into 2 groups; 1 cutting out their hologram viewer, the other creating their hologram video using these downloadable video clips and the PicPlayPost app.

4) Switching, and doing the opposite activity.
