Tuesday 12/16: Classwork: p. 141-142-We reviewed #4, 6, and 14 together as examples prior to completing the assignment.

Week of 12-8-2025
Monday, 12/8: Test Make-up day & Waggle work time; We had many students who were absent last week during the test.
Tuesday, 12/9: BAND Day-Half of our class was out during the first class period today. Therefore, today was an "at your pace" to complete the following: 1.) Test, 2.) Are You Ready in HMH, 3.) Waggle. We talked about a Waggle checkpoint being that they shouldn't be more than one Module behind. If students are on Transformations in Waggle, they should continue working (over 45 minutes per week if necessary), to "catch up" with where we are in the curriculum.
Wednesday, 12/10: We will not have class today due to the Nativity Play and the 8th grade obligations.
Thursday, 12/11: Classwork: 1st class-Lesson 5.1, p. 137-140.; 2nd class- MAP Test Goal Setting Session

Thursday, 12/4: Module 4 Review Day-Study your vocabulary. Be ready to find all steps and show all work.

Tuesday, 11/11: Classwork: 1st class-Completed the equations packet and reviewed. Also obtained a new worksheet-"Writing Two-Step Equations" Maze and reviewed it.; 2nd class- "Infinite Solutions, No Solution, One Solution" worksheet was completed and the first 6 were reviewed. Students still working on this have to complete it for homework.

Reflect on your answers.; Complete one of the Math Practice tests in your HSPT workbook and circle ones you struggled with. Check your answers after every 5 to 10 questions. Wednesday, 9/17: Classwork-HSPT Day! We took a look at page 115-129 and highlighted the topics that we struggle on. Then, we read the lesson under the topic. Next, we reviewed some practice problems and scenarios together on the board. Last, we completed the "Comparison Practice" on p. 130-131, checked our answers, and reflected on what we could do differently if we missed a question. No Homework.
Thursday, 9/18: Classwork 1.4 Practice & Test Review, p. 35 & 36.
Friday, 9/19: No School!
A Look Ahead to Next Week: MAP testing will take place starting on 9/22. The 8th grade class has also voted to have their Module 1 Test on Tuesday due to a S.S. test on Monday.
Be sure to eat a good breakfast, get plenty of rest, and try your best! Packets from this week, along with the Waggle workspaces are due on Friday, September 26th.
