Unit 4 - Ancient Egypt
We have started our Unit on Ancient Egypt. Students will learn about the geographical features, achievements, and other characteristics that made Ancient Egypt unique.

Unit 3 - Mesopotamia
Update - 12/15/25
5th grade students wrapped up our Mesopotamia Unit by creating empires. It was really fun to see how excited they were and how they delegated tasks within their groups. Students were required to document information about their empire's geography, laws, and other interesting facts. Students also made a creative element such as a flag, map, or written language for their empire!

Week of 11/17/25 - Students are currently working on learning about ancient Mesopotamian temples called, Ziggurats. Students are drawing ziggurats as well as writing an informational paragraph about all that they have learned. This project is being completed in class!
