What's Going on in ELA?

Reading: We are in chapter 4 of our novel, Riding Freedom by : Pam Munoz Ryan. This fictional novel is based on the true story of Charlotte Darkey Parkhurst. 

Writing: Research unit - Students will begin researching a sport of interest in the upcoming 2026 Winter Olympics. Students will choose a sport, gather information about that sport from 2 or more sources, and create a research project to share what they have learned!
