My teaching career began at St. Joseph’s following my graduation from Boise State University, where I earned a degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Literacy. I have since obtained my Catholic School Administration Credential, as well as a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Loyola Marymount University.
Throughout my professional career, I have taught both second and fifth grades and have additional experience serving as a Behavior Support Specialist within the Boise School District.
Originally from Detroit, Michigan, I relocated to Boise in 2008 with my family. I come from a large Polish and Italian Catholic family. While I do not particularly favor Michigan’s humid summers and harsh winters, I greatly miss spending time with extended family and following the Detroit Lions, Tigers, and Red Wings.
Outside of my teaching responsibilities, I enjoy playing ultimate frisbee, wandering Barnes & Noble, taking barre classes, and watching baking shows.
The most rewarding aspect of my work is supporting students in their academic, social, moral, and physical development, guided by the principles of service and the teachings of the Catholic Church.
