Their website also has great information for young people about tackling stigma and discrimination around mental health.
You might want to talk to a family member or adult you trust (school staff, club coach etc.) or your doctor.
If you want to talk to a staff member in school, they will follow this protocol to ensure you feel supported and are kept safe.
