Sitting exams and assessments can cause some anxiety. Exam stress is common and very normal. In fact, a little stress shows you care and could help you study better! However, if your stress is causing you anxiety or making it more difficult for you to study, you should ask someone for help.
For support with managing your stress in school, you should contact your subject or Pupil Support Teachers. They can help you break down you revision into easier to manage tasks, provide you with additional resources or just help you to approach your work in a different way.
If you would prefer to to talk to someone else, there are other organisations who are ready to listen. Access these via the links shown.
There are lots of places you can find resources online to support you with your study. Try using them all, and see which ones work best for you.
