The district has a therapy dog program called Paws for Pioneers. A few years ago my puppy dog Junee and I went through extensive training and experience to become a Nationally Certified Therapy Dog through the Alliance of Therapy Dogs Association. She is a black lab / border collie mix, is super friendly, and absolutely loves people!

Junee will spend most of her days hanging out in my classroom at SJHS!
