Community Colleges offer 2 year programs where you can earn an Associates Degree. If you choose, you can attend community college first to complete prerequisite classes (classes that everyone has to take, reading, writing, math, etc) and then transfer to a university as a junior.
Universities offer 4+ year programs where you can earn a Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree, or Doctorate Degrees.
Have you heard of the Oregon Promise?
