IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) is a globally recognised qualification for secondary school students. IGCSEs offer a comprehensive and well-rounded education, helping students develop essential academic skills and knowledge across a range of subjects.
The IGCSE examinations are overseen by the examination boards, Pearson Edexcel and Cambridge International Education. At St. George Madrid, we undergo regular inspections by these boards to ensure we maintain full compliance with their strict guidelines and codes of conduct.
To ensure our students are thoroughly prepared for exams, we conduct internal (mock) exams in the same manner as the external examinations. This approach mirrors the exact procedures of the summer exam series, giving students an opportunity to familiarise themselves with the expectations and requirements of behaviour in the exam hall.
We encourage all students who may be anxious about their exams to reach out to a member of our school staff, who will be happy to provide support and assistance.
