PowerSchool
What is PowerSchool?
PowerSchool is the student information system that keeps track of students grades, attendance, and other personal information. Students and parents have their own access for each; you need to sign in with the appropriate credentials. Students log in with their @stfrancisprep.org accounts, whereas parents log in with credentials the school sends out the first week of classes. These will be provided by the school; if you don't remember yours, please come to w201A for help.
You will receive the PowerSchool link for students as an email in your @stfrancisprep.org email account.
Once you log on, you can see several options (like you see on the right side of the page here). Of note:
Grades and Attendance: has information on current classes and attendance, an "at a glance" view at how you're doing.
Class Assignments: this will list out assignments teachers have given and/or graded, so you can look at what individual assignments have been scored as.
Grade History: this will show all grades from previous years.
Attendance history: any day or periods missed
My Schedule: if you ever forget where you're going, or if you need a new copy, you can find it here.
