Drone Package Delivery

Problem Statement: We want to develop a drone that aids in the delivery of packages as there is too much burden placed on couriers

KT Situation Analysis:

• Timing: In a world that heavily relies on fast delivery, the timing of a delivery drone could not be better. Any way to speed up a delivery process and get customers their goods faster would be appreciated by the masses. 

• Trend: Once drone delivery starts to come into place, it will become the new norm for most delivering companies. Costs for human delivery drivers and delivery trucks can be rerouted towards perfecting the drone delivery, and then trying to make it as cost-efficient for the company as possible. 

• Impact: An automated delivery drone could very much speed up delivery time while taking out the effect of human error.
