As a courtesy to the next group, document any problems with your residence, and let me know.
I would like to know in advance about:
- non-functioning smoke alarms
- burned out lights
- dripping faucets
- slow drains
- sliding mirror doors that are hard to slide
- stains
- damaged or non-functioning miniblinds
- scotch tape left in obnoxious places
- modifications to original equipment (e.g. custom shower heads, toilet seats, etc).
If you don't bring these to my attention before the move-out, damage charges are more likely to be assessed.
