Application process

Before a unit can be viewed, a preliminary application is required.

Start - submit a PRELIMINARY application - click HERE

If you have a two-person group, both persons must submit preliminary applications.

AFTER (and only after) a Zoom interview, complete a full application:  click here    (deposit is one months rent)

You will get a decision within a few days of submitting a full application.  We provide applicants 24 hours after a lease is offered to consider other options.  If a lease is not accepted within 24 hours, the unit may be offered to other applicants.
