Evidence of service is required before access to units is provided.

Verify your name is on the mailbox; otherwise mail will not be delivered.
Use coasters to protect flooring from heavy furniture.
1. I can't fix it if I don't know it's broke. Please tell me about drips, discolorations,
faulty smoke detectors, etc. Removing but not replacing a smoke detector is a hazard to all.
Ignoring a discoloration in a bathroom ceiling might lead to owner apoplexy.
2. Please let me know if there are any problems with the refrigerator or stove
3. Likely to damage your damage deposit: stains , gum , disabling smoke alarms,
not reporting drips, non-functioning smoke alarms, slow drains, etc (and letting me find out after you move out).
4. SECURITY: break-ins happen! Be sure to lock doors and secure windows when no one is present.
5. Please do not place "sticky" items on the walls as hangers.
