Once the EMBA Graduation Ceremony RSVP survey goes live in May, you will be required to enter in your RSVP details for yourself and any of your guests who are attending. Please be sure to tell us in the comment box if your guests have any special accommodations (e.g. mobility, hearing, etc.).
If there are any changes to your guest information, you must notify the EMBA administration in advance via the RSVP survey.
*Note: If you are planning to attend the NYU All-University Commencement at Yankee Stadium in May, there is a separate RSVP process. Please note that the EMBA team does not manage the NYU All-University Commencement. Communications will go to your NYU email, not your Stern email. If you are considering attending this event, please be sure that you can access these emails.
Guest Ticket Policy
Each graduate can bring 3 guests to the ceremony. We have a strict capacity arrangement for the venue and every graduate will have 3 tickets to use. If you’d like additional guest tickets, please coordinate with your classmates and see below.
Children Policy
All children 2 years and older are required to be registered as a guest and have a ticket for admission to the graduation ceremony. Children under 2 years do not need to be registered as a guest but are required to sit on an adult's lap.
Guest Ticket Transfer Policy
If you would like additional guest tickets (beyond the 3), please coordinate with your classmates. Students can cede their guest ticket(s) to a classmate but this is entirely their responsibility. Students ceding their guest ticket(s) will need to enter their classmates' guest information via the RSVP survey.
The EMBA team will not handle any guest ticket transfers, so please coordinate with your peers carefully.
Accessing Tickets
All graduates and guests who have RSVP'ed will be included on a check-in list and will receive their ticket at the door the day of the event.
There is no e-ticket, will call, or early ticket pick up.
All guest tickets are general admission. For seating information, please see the seating section on the 'Know Before You Go' page.
