Required Academic Orientation Resources
Absences: Please submit this attendance excuse absence form within 3-5 days of the occurred absence.

Withdrawals: You may submit your withdrawal request via this form.
School Supply List: The only required supplies are a device and Internet to access coursework.

Once you click on the elective form, you will see directions on how to complete the form depending on your student's grade level.
Attendance Requirements
Attendance is counted by students logging into Genius and completing coursework assigned. Students should log in daily (M-F) in order to stay on track with their courses. On average, students should complete three assignments per course per week. Reminders via text will be sent periodically if a student has not logged in to Genius or is getting behind on coursework.
Please Note: All live lessons are recorded and shared internally amongst teachers and students.

State Testing Requirements
Attending state testing is required in Texas for students enrolled in any public school. Please take a moment to read this letter from our testing department on what to expect with regard to testing and the importance of attending.
