In many Google Workspace for Education environments, the required Google services are already available. During discovery, Steegle reviews your Google Workspace and AppSheet setup to confirm licensing, permissions, and any additional requirements before issuing a fixed proposal.
There are no surprises, as everything is confirmed in writing before you commit.
What does the annual support fee include?

The annual licence fee covers platform access, all updates to maintain compatibility with Google Workspace and AppSheet releases, minor workflow enhancements and configuration changes, priority helpdesk access for your admin team, and an annual health-check call.
Major new modules, complex integrations or custom builds are scoped separately. Your annual fee is fixed and does not increase at renewal unless you agree to a new scope.

The standard licence covers the core parent-dialogue workflow and agreed configuration. Major new modules, complex integrations, SMS, custom data migrations, or district-specific feature builds may be scoped separately.
We confirm all inclusions and exclusions in writing before issuing a fixed proposal, so you know exactly what you are buying.

Yes. When you license Steegle Dialogue, the application is yours outright. You own the infrastructure and retain full control over your data, workflows, and configuration inside your Google Workspace environment.
Unlike per-seat or subscription-based platforms, there are no hidden charges or vendor lock-ins. The only ongoing cost is the fixed annual support fee.

No. Implementation and training are included in your annual pricing. We handle the setup, configuration, and live training workshops.
