Dear Parents, Carers and Children,

What a wonderful few weeks we have enjoyed.  Our children have filled us with joy through their wonderful performances whilst reminding us of the true meaning of Christmas.  I am constantly being reminded of how talented and delightful our children at St Dunstan's are. 

I can hardly believe I have completed my first term here, where I have enjoyed meeting you all either at the school gate or during one of our open events.  I feel priviledged to be at St Dunstan's serving our school community.

Words cannot easily express my gratitude to the Senior Leaders who have been such a source of support and expertise since my arrival here and to all of our hard-working staff who have been supporting your children every day.  Entrusting your children to our care means the world to us and we appreciate the gift of your children to our school!

Thank you for the generosity you showed through the retiring collections at our Christmas Celebrations.  You donated a total of £750  which will be shared equally between our two chosen charities: NSPCC and Princess Alice Hospice.

Finally, I wish you a safe and happy Christmas and I look  forward to seeing you all in the new term.
