We are currently transitioning to the Next Generation Learning

Standards with the McGraw-Hill Reading Series, Wonders as our

textbook series. We supplement with a variety of books and read

alouds, digital resources, online games, and interactive resources.

Our focus is on developing enjoyment of a variety of literature

genres while practicing skills and strategies to support phonemic

awareness, fluency, comprehension, vocabulary development, and

writing.

Our Science and Social Studies curriculum are integrated with our

ELA Unit topics throughout the year.
