abridge: deny
due process: a legal process to determine whether you are guilty of a crime; the right to due process is guaranteed in the Fifth Amendment.
Jury: a group of 12 people chosen to decide if a person on trial is guilty or innocent of a crime.
probable cause: reason to believe that a crime has been committed.
warrant: special approval in order to search a citizen's property.
