Here are some reminders regarding E-Learning at St. Barnabas:
1) I will post the E-Learning Assignments weekly on my Google Site and Class Dojo!
2) Office Hours: I will check my email very frequently throughout the day. I will be consistently online for virtual office hours between 9:00-12:00pm and then available electronically until 3:00pm (the end of the school day). If you have any questions, please send me an email at ewardell@stbarnabasparish.org. I will respond as soon as I can, which will be very soon!
3) E-Learning Assignments: The E-Learning Assignments will be posted daily and will be graded!!
4) During this time, Mrs. Mariotti and myself will miss the students very much, but are looking forward to seeing them when we return, when everyone is safe and healthy!
5) Turning in Math Assignments: Going forward in regards to turning in Math Assignments, Ms. Wardell asks that if you are able to do so to send the Math workbook pages that are assigned to be sent to Ms. Wardell via email on Friday by 4 pm. I ask that the emails are sent this week on Friday with the the title of Last name, Math (March 20th). An example would be: Wardell, Math (March 20th).
The reason that I am asking for a specific way of turning in assignments is to keep everything in order and ensure that all students get the points for the work that they turned in during this E-learning period.
E-Learning Assignments: The E-Learning Assignments will be posted daily and will be graded!! First Graders should not spend more than 3 hours on required e-learning per day!

Math Choice Activities for the week of June 1st- June 5th, 2020:
- For the last week of First Grade, there will be choice activities given out for Math! These activities will not be taken for a grade and are optional!
- Spend 10 Minutes on IXL.com practicing your Math Facts, 2D and 3D Shapes, and Telling Time
- Spend 10 Minutes on Education.com playing a fun Math Game
- Watch BrainPopJr. Video on Measurement, Shapes, or another Math Concept
- Practice adding, subtracting, and counting at home with counters, cereal, blocks, or another counting tool you have at home!
- Make a shape picture with household shapes and place it on your fridge!
