The way we work is changing at a fast pace because of new technology, automation, globalization and other big shifts. These changes affect workers, employers and communities—and everyone is thinking about how to stay successful in the future.
The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE)’s Office of the Future of Work helps people prepare for these changes by studying trends, sharing useful data and supporting programs to build skills for the jobs of tomorrow.
Also housed within CDLE is the Colorado Workforce Development Council, a Governor-appointed, public-private partnership with a mission to enhance and sustain a skills-based talent development network that meets the needs of employers, workers, job seekers and learners for today and tomorrow.
