Hello Everyone,
Colorado received a 2026 version of the DR 0106K with a reversion date of 07/09/26, using the CDOR 9999 vendor ID. The revision date does not match this year or last year.
This form has not been released for replication. Nor, is it being accepted for taxpayer submission until January of 2027. Please check your systems to make sure a 2026 version of the DR 0106K has not been released to the public.
Please let us know if you have any questions.

Hello Everyone,
We have updated the LOI to correct the following:
In the "MeF Forms" table, the estimated payment form for partnerships and S corporations has been updated to reflect the correct form number:
"DR 0106EP – Colorado Partnership and S Corporation Estimated Tax Payment Form"
For any vendors that have already submitted a 2026 LOI and who have indicated that they will support estimated payments for pass-through entities, our team will verify the responses and make any necessary corrections on our end.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Substitute Form Developer Review Team
