MDS Error Number Summary by Facility Dashboard is Available in iQIES

The new Minimum Data Set (MDS) Error Number Summary by Facility dashboard is available in the iQIES. The dashboard replaces the MDS 3.0 Error Number Summary by Facility by Vendor report previously available in CASPER.

The MDS Error Number Summary by Facility dashboard provides information on errors returned on assessments submitted by nursing homes and swing-bed units. The filters on this dashboard can be adjusted to return error data by CCN and Provider Name, Error Message, Submission Date, and Severity (Fatal, Warning, or Any). Users can obtain error summary information for MDS records previously submitted in QIES, as well as those that have been submitted in iQIES since the April 2023 MDS submission migration into iQIES. The latest period for which error information can be obtained in this dashboard is 1.5 years prior, on a rolling basis.

To access this new dashboard and learn all of the features it has to offer, log into iQIES, select the Dashboard menu option from the menu bar, followed by the View link in the MDS Error Number Summary by Facility box.
