The local level provides you with resources, professional development, and more all in the city. In New York City, our current goal is to provide you with a comprehensive website that pulls together key resources and trainings already being provided in the city.

With over twenty one years of experience as a science educator and school leader in the New York City public high schools, Heather Page is the principal of the Baccalaureate School for Global Education, a 7-12 world IB school in Astoria, Queens. Heather earned her PhD in science education from New York University, her research centered on developing new curricula resources to encourage girls in science. Kaitlyn Reilley is an Academic Response Team Specialist at the Bronx Borough Office. She previously taught science in the South Bronx for eight years.
